Dear reader,
The moon is waxing gibbous, growing fuller and brighter. Energy builds, emotions rise, and truths become clearer. This week, Lilith invites us to honor our sacred anger and the powerful boundaries it can create.
We've often been taught to silence our anger, to suppress our power, and to soften our voice. But Lilith reminds us that anger, when acknowledged and honored, becomes a powerful catalyst for transformation, healing, and authentic self-expression.
Lilith herself was cast into exile because she refused silence and submission. She teaches us that our anger is not wrong, nor is it something to fear. Anger can be a wise messenger, alerting us when our boundaries have been crossed or when our truths have been denied. It can fuel our courage, inspiring us to stand tall and speak our truth, even when it shakes us.
This week, I invite you to consider:
What anger have I been holding within, afraid to express?
How can acknowledging my anger lead me toward greater truth and empowerment?
What boundaries are asking to be clearly stated and honored?
Where has denying my anger limited my growth and freedom?
Ritual Suggestion:
Light a candle and take time to express your anger freely through writing or speaking aloud. Let your words flow without judgment or fear. Feel its sacredness, its potential, and its healing power. Let this ritual burn away the silence you've carried, transforming suppression into clarity and strength.
